2. Registry

We collect personal information when a customer buys items from our online shop. Additionally information is collected when a user orders a newsletter or creates an account. We also collect http cookies that are used only for improving our services and internal advertising within the online shop.

3. Registry purpose

Registry is upheld to collect information on customer support, maintanance, customer service and marketing via e-mail.

5. Registered customer rights

Right to check information:
Registered customer has the right to check our saved information on them.

Right to correct information:
Registered customer has the right to request to change a mistake or missing information.

Right to resist:
Registered customer has the right to resist the use of personal information if they believe that their information has been used illegally.

Direct marketing refusal:
Registered customer has the right to forbid their information from direct marketing use.

The right to delete information:
Registered customer has the right to request that all customer information is removed from our registry. If some parts cannot be removed however, we will let the customer know.

We must note, that the registry holder may have a legal right not to remove some information. According to Finnish law, the registry holder has an obligation to keep accounting information for 10 years. Accounting law (chapter 2, 10§) states that accounting documents must be saved for 10 consecutive years.

Registered customer has the right to make a complaint to the privacy policy representative.

Registered customer has the right to demand that we withhold information that has been disputed, until a settlement is reached.

6. Information is received by agreement

Customer information is received by agreement:
Customer gives information upon creating a purchase or an order. A customer may fill in information through a web document or directly by e-mail through customer service.

7. Agreed release of information

Information is not given outside of Tiverso Oy for marketing purposes. We have made sure that all our service providers comply with strict privacy policy.

8. Length of processing

Personal information is processed as long as the customer status is valid.

E-mail marketing is not done without the customers consent. A customer may unsubscribe from the e-mail marketing list at any given time.

9. Personal information processors

Registry owner Tiverso Oy and its employees process customer information. We may also use third party affiliates to process information. They will follow policies and guidelines that comply with our privacy policy. These affiliates may be accounting offices or IT support specialists that may have access to our information systems.

10. Transfer of information outside the EU

Personal information will not be transferred outside of the European Union or outside of the EU economic zone.

11. Automatic decision making and profiling

We do not use automated systems for profiling or decision making.

Our webshop is designed for everyone. We sell our products to adults and businesses. Our prices include value added tax (VAT 24%) set by the Finnish law. We hold our right to changes in prices and delivery costs.

Tilaaminen - Ordering

Tuotteet tilataan verkkokaupassa siirtämällä ne ostoskoriin ja maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö verkkomaksupalvelussa. Kaikki asiakastiedot käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Tilauksen yhteydessä kysyttyjä yhteystietoja ei käytetä muuhun kuin tilauksen toimitukseen tai siinä ilmenevien epäselvyyksien selvittämiseen, ellei erikseen toisin mainita. Tilatessasi verkkokaupasta sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.

Products are purchased by adding them to the shopping basket and paying them using the desired payment method. All customer information is strictly confidential. All required personal information is only used for delivering the ordered goods. When placing a purchase on our shop, we assume you have read, understood and accepted the delivery terms.

Maksaminen ja maksutavat - Payment and payment methods

Maksupalveluna toimii Paytrail, jonka kautta maksuvaihtoehtoina toimivat lasku, osamaksu, korttimaksu sekä verkkopankkimaksut. Paytrail on maksuton maksupalvelu. Lisäksi voit tilata bussiennakolla tuotteet lähimpään matkahuolto Oy:n toimipisteeseen ja maksaa tuotteet paketin noudettaessa. Bussiennakkotilaukseen tulee maksutapamaksua 10€.

Ilmoittamalla tietoja kassalla hyväksyt Paytrail Oyj:n ehdot. Painamalla ”Osta” painiketta hyväksyt Pavunverso - Beansprout yleiset ehdot.

Paytrail is used as our payment service provider. It offers payment methods such as invoice, monthly payment(or payment in parts), credit card and e-bank payments. Paytrail does not charge any service fees from the customer. As an additional payment method, we offer "bussiennakko" payment method. This way you can place an order, select "bussiennakko" payment method and pay the order at the moment of pickup from a designated Matkahuolto service provider. This payment method costs an additional 10€ of handling charges.

Filling out your information upon the order and accepting the Paytrail Oyj terms, you have accepted the transaction. Clicking "buy" you accept  Pavunverso - Beansprout terms and conditions.

Toimitustavat ja -kulut - Delivery methods and costs

Toimituskulut sisältävät posti- ja pakkauskulut. Esitämme ostoskorissa arvion tulevista toimituskuluista ensisijaisen käytössä olevan toimitustavan mukaan. Tarkat toimituskulut näet valittuasi tilaukselle haluamasi maksu- ja toimitustavat. Käytössä olevat toimitustavat riippuvat ostoskorin sisällöstä ja yhteispainosta. Voit valita kassalla käytössä olevista toimitustavoista sinulle parhaiten sopivan vaihtoehdon jonka yhteydessä tarkka toimituskulu on esitetty.

Pakkaamme kaikki tilaukset uusiokäyttö pahvilaatikoihin. Täten kierrätämme laatikoita ja säästämme luontoa. Tilaamalla hyväksyt toimintatavan.

Our delivery costs include any fees and handling costs that may be required by the delivery provider. Items in the shopping basket will give an estimate of the shipping costs according to the sizes and weights of the items. The total delivery costs will be shown after you have selected the desired delivery and payment method.

We pack all our orders into used cardboard boxes. This way we can have a minimal impact on nature. By ordering you agree to this way of operation.

Toimitusaika - Delivery time

Yleisimmät toimitusaikamme Suomeen vaihtelevat tilauksesta ja toimitustavasta riippuen. Pakkaamme kuitenkin tuotteet välittömästä ja toimitamme paketit matkahuoltoon samana päivänä, mikäli tilaus on tehty ennen klo 16:00 arkisin. Poikkeukset toimitusaika-arvioihin on kerrottu, jos ostoskorissa on varastosta loppuneita tuotteita ja ilmoitamme myös mahdollisista viivästyksistä teille välittömästi tilaamisen jälkeen.

Emme vastaa ylivoimaisen esteen aiheuttamista viivästymisistä tai viivästysten aiheuttamista välillisistä haitoista. Verkkokauppa tiedottaa sivuillaan poikkeavista toimitusajoista.

The general delivery duration within Finland vary depending on the delivery method. As an order arrives, our team compiles the order instantly for delivery. ALL ORDERS WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO THE DELIVERY COMPANY DURING THE SAME DAY AS LONG AS THE ORDER IS PLACED BEFORE 16:00 MONDAY-FRIDAY. During the weekend Matkahuolto delivery service offices are closed. We will inform you if there are any delays on any products that you have ordered. This is highly unlikely due to our stock updates in real time.

We are not responsible for any delays set by other parties or harm caused by delay. Our webshop will inform on possible delays.

Palautusehdot - Returns

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Lunastamaton paketti - When a parcel is not picked up from courier

Lunastamatta jättäminen ei ole sama asia kuin palautus tai peruutus. Lunastamatta jätetystä paketista, josta ei ole tehty erillistä peruutusilmoitusta, perimme toimituskustannukset.

A parcel that is not picked up by a customer within 3-7 days from Matkahuolto service point we will not refund the delivery costs. If there is a return notice sent to us, then we will refund the order. This has to be done within 14 days by law.  

Ongelmatilanteet - Troubleshooting

Mikäli tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi, tulee sinun ilmoittaa virheestä viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa kirjallisesti Peruutusoikeus ja palautusehdot -kohdassa mainittuun osoitteeseen tai soittamalla yhteystiedoissa mainittuun puhelinnumeroon. Jos paketti on selvästi vaurioitunut kuljetuksessa, teidän täytyy tehdä välittömästi asiasta reklamaatio valitsemanne toimitustavan kuljetusyhtiölle.

If your parcel is lost or damaged during delivery or it is not complient with the product description, you have to inform our customer service within 14 days. This has to be delivered to us in the form of an e-mail or by telephone. If your parcel is damaged you should make a reclamation to the delivery service provider directly.
